Refunds

Same /gateway/ endpoint as a charge. Auth: HTTP Basic.

Field	Rule
`payment_type`	`"refund"`
`sid`	Required. The original successful debit (`601`).
`gateway`	Same method as the original payment
`amount`	Usually the original full amount

Success is code 601 and a new sid for the refund. Store that too.

Missing sid: { "code": "404", "response": "sid is required for refund." }
